Sitema customer satisfaction stays at top level!
At the end of year 2023 we measured customer satisfaction of Sitema and the results were again at an excellent level. In total we received 48 responses in our questionnaire. The average result was 9,0 and the Net Promoter Score (NPS) was 75.
Sitema follows the satisfaction of our clients by project specific feedback questionnaires and annual customer satisfaction questionnaires. Ensuring that our clients are satisfied with the services we provide is essential, and we want to improve our activities to best suit our clients needs and wishes. Based on the results of 2023 we seem to have succeeded in this. Our aim is to provide services with expertise and high quality with good security of delivery.
In our questionnaire of 2023, we received special thanks for our wide selection of services, the quality of our customer service and professional staff members. We received also plenty comments and excellent ideas for improvements that we aim to implement as soon as possible.

A raffle of a 250€ gift card to Super was arranged among the people who left us their contact details. The winner has been personally contacted. Congratulations to the winner and many thanks to everyone who participated in the customer satisfaction questionnaire!
“How likely would you recommend Sitema to a colleague or business partner?” The replies were divided into three categories: “Detractors (0-6), Passives (7-8) and Promoters (9-10). In the questionnaire of 2023 25% of the respondents were Passives and 75% were Promoters. There were zero Detractors among the respondents! The NPS set at 75 while the industry benchmark for consulting is 68*.
